in last question if 4 is added in 9 it gives 13 which means it increases by 4 so, if 4 =60 then find how much will it increase at 1? 4/60 it gives you 15 and that's the value of 1 :-1=15

  4. Percentage Fraction If saving of a person is 20% of salary It means that out of salary of Rs 100 a person saves Rs 20 If saving of a person is of salary It means that out of salary of Rs 5 a person saves Rs 1 In this case our base is 100 In this case our base is 5 So we can say that out of salary of Rs 100 person's Saving is Rs 20 and expenditure is Rs 80 So we can say that out of salary of Rs 5 person's Saving is Rs 1 and expenditure is Rs 4
