fantastic ..but people like modi and yogi taking only 3to 4hrs of sleep.. explain..

These great leaders made there habit to 3-4 hours and now they are habitual about this we can also make sleep Time according to us but it takes Time to become habit one of my sir told us that he sleep only for 6 hours and it is sufficient for us.

you can reduce your sleep by yoga.. i myself sleep 5 hrs in a day&stay energetic. i maintain it by yoga&good dytes.
Our science is to say ,sleep 6hours is enough for health
