first of all u have written everything wrong it's (12-√32) n by taking common it becomes 4(3-√2)

Rewrite 32 as its prime factors. √2×2×2×2×2= Group the same factors into pairs. √(2×2)×(2×2)×2= Rewrite into exponent form. √(22)×(22)×2= √22=2 (2×2)×√2= 4√2
